Step 1:

Step 3:

Within 12 hours after placing your order at Handango you will get an email from our Customer Support System E-Care with the subject "Your registration of Handy Day 2005". The letter will contain your login and password to E-Care system and the direct link for getting your License. Follow this link (use Internet Explorer 6, other browsers might not work properly) and enter your login and password.

Note: Using E-Care system requires TCP port 8080 to be open on your PC. If it is blocked by firewall, you will not be able to open the link.

Step 4:

You will be asked several questions including your phone IMEI number. You can find it in the About dialog in Handy Day 2005 Family or by typing *#06# in Phone application. Answer all questions and press the Complete button. Then you will be provided with a download link.

Step 5:

Download and extract a ZIP archive file on your PC. Install HandyDayLicense.sis file to your phone as you install other applications. The installation will put HandyDayLicense.lcs file to the Phone memory\document\Licenses folder. This is your License File. Never delete it!

Step 6:

Restart Handy Day 2005 Family software for Symbian UIQ 2.x (exit and start again, not reinstall). Open the Start menu in Handy Day 2005 Family and choose About. In the appeared About dialog you will see:

Handy Day 2005 Family Personal, Version 1
To: Your Name, Your E-mail Address

If not, press the Find Licenses button in the About dialog.

Troubleshooting

If the link for getting your License doesn’t work, or if you did not get the letter with the subject "Your registration of Handy Day 2005 Family", because of your spam filter, then:

Go to www.epocware.com and enter your email address (login) into the Forgot password field and press Enter. You will get your password by email soon.
Login to E-Care system.
Go to the View products section. Then press Get product (or Get Latest Version).
Continue from the Step 4 of the Registration procedure.
